One recent change worth noting to all is slight change to versioning. These 2017/2018 releases have until now had the internal version number

So overview of current versions alive is:
5.4.x: Represents the eZ Publish Enterprise 5.3/5.4 releases, available with a valid Enterprise subscription via updates.ez.no
5.97.12: Represents the eZ Publish 2017.12 release, from eZ’s side meant to be used with eZ Platform 1.13 for migration use cases*
5.98.6: Represents the eZ Publish 2018.06 release, from eZ’s side meant to be used with eZ Platform 2.2 for migration use cases, end of life in December*
5.98.9: Represents the eZ Publish 2018.09 release, from eZ’s side meant to be used with eZ Platform 2.3 for migration use cases*
- In these cases, security patches are made available first to Enterprise subscribers on updates.ez.no, before being made public after ~2-3 weeks.
Master is currently
5.98.12-alpha1, and will becomes 2018.12.0 / 5.98.12 release once eZ Platform 2.4 is out.
