Has anybody discovered the “–no-warmup” parameter on the cache:clear command?
I just found out about this parameter and how Symfony recommends disabling the warmup feature on the main command and running it separately:
php app/console cache:clear --no-warmup (–env=prod|dev)
php app/console cache:warmup (–env=prod|dev)
I’m ashamed to admit that I only just realized that the warmup is the reason why the cache:clear command always took so long. This was especially confusing on legacy bridge sites where the delay appears after the command clears the legacy cache.
We should probably update the eZ docs (https://doc.ez.no/display/EZP/Console+cache+clearing) about this.
